Audio mixing with TRAKTOR DJ Studio
Buonas Dias Amici.....today i am mixing dance music to forget all the last past....i mix with my favorite 30-day test version of the new 'native instruments software' called traktor DJ Studio. Is very funny to work with it...it contains professional DJ mixing, live remixing, mix recording using digital audio, streaming your mixed tracks to the web by using an open source version of the Shoutcast protocol and of course you can scratch your tracks like a real turntable :-) ....try it out for free. its very nice...i usually mix electro types and in general hip hop sounds....this software recommendation was given by friends....thx.

After a period of time and due to certain issues, he moved on and decided that he would create his own distribution.

Tonka (in former times DJ Tonka), originating with civil name Thomas Gerlach and from Mainz, is a House DJ , producer and schoolmate of Ian Pooley. Admits became it 1998 by its summer hit "She Knows You", which reached 14th position in the Charts.
1997 he created his first label 'Uplifting records' , it however the 2000 gave up around the label Vivienne record to base, on which its newest productions are to be found. Its style is strongly coined/shaped by the music of the 80'er years, which reflect themselves in its music. Apart from its own productions Tonka can show also a considerable number of Remixen. After years he said good-bye to the contraction "DJ" and would like to be only called in the future Tonka, since according to its opinion the term of the DJs was watered by artists such as DJ Oetzi or DJ Federal Chancellor up to the indiscernibility.

New moa species discovered
A group of New Zealanders have captured the attention of biologists worldwide using the biggest ever DNA study to identify five new species of moa.Moa's are an iconic part of New Zealand's history and the groundbreaking research shows that at 140 kilograms some of the new species far outweigh modern day icons such as the kiwi.
"It's very exciting. It's a major finding because we now have a much better understanding of how many kinds of moa there were and where they were," says Professor David Lambert from Massey University
